Minimum Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet one of the following:
- N2 Certificate with the following subjects:
- Mathematics
- Engineering Science
- Plating Structural Steel Drawings
- Platers Trade Theory
OR
- NCV Level 4 in:
- Electrical Infrastructure Construction (Electrical and Instrumentation)
- Engineering and Related Design (for other trades)
- With at least 40% for all subjects
OR
- Grade 12 with:
- Mathematics
- Physical Science
- Engineering Graphic Design (Drawings)
- Trade theory subject (40% minimum in each)
Additional Requirements
- Medically fit for work in the specified business area
- Clear security screening
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
- Advantage: Experience in an engineering environment

- Complete training modules within the specified timeframe
- Attend SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) meetings
- Perform work to standards and specifications
- Participate in risk assessments and ensure safe working practices
- Communicate developmental progress and challenges
