About the Sasol Finance Learnership Programme
Sasol’s Learner Administration: Finance programme provides a structured 12-month opportunity for youth to gain practical and theoretical experience in finance-related administration. This programme is aimed at improving the work-readiness of entry-level learners and is especially suited to those with a passion for finance and administration.
Programme Structure
- Theoretical Component: NQF-aligned learnership in:
- Entrepreneurship
- Business Operations
- Customer Service
- Business Accounting
- Maths Literacy
- Communication Skills
- Computer Skills
- Practical Component:
- Real-world work experience in finance administration
- Providing administrative support to managers and departments
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- 0–1 year experience
- Preference will be given to people living with disabilities
Advantageous Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with majors in:
- Financial Accounting
- Management Accounting
- Taxation
- Auditing
